People are transferred from one workplace to another in accordance with the rules of government duties, but some people cross the boundaries of their work and create a permanent place in the hearts of their subordinates or colleagues that cannot be erased by any official order. Similarly, a unique personality is Mr. Md. Mahmadul Hasan (18622) Sir, who is assigned to the office of the Divisional Commissioner of Dhaka Division (Upazila Executive Officer, Senior Assistant Secretary). Recently, in a notification of the Ministry of Public Administration, he has been transferred as the Private Secretary (Senior Assistant Secretary) to the Secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
His very affectionate Md. Moshiur Rahman expressed the feelings accumulated deep in his heart at the time of this farewell of dear sir.
Expressing his emotional feelings, Mashiur Rahman said, "Md. Mahmadul Hasan Sir was not only a skilled government official, he was an extraordinary human being with human qualities. He loved me very much at work. In every instruction he gave, I found more love, compassion and guidance than the rigor of work. Just as a parent protects his child and motivates him to move forward by correcting his mistakes, Sir has always shown me affection."
He also said, "Sir's honesty, concentration towards his work and his mentality of serving the common people have constantly inspired me. Being close to a humane and kind-hearted Sir like him is one of the greatest achievements of my life. The way he stood by people beyond the traditional relationships of the workplace and the affection and love he wrapped me in will remain in my memory forever. I wish Sir good health, longevity and continued success in this new path."
Although transfers are a regular process in government service, it is very painful for Moshiur Rahman to say goodbye to a compassionate mentor and guardian like Mahmadul Hasan Sir. However, Moshiur Rahman believes that Sir will win everyone's hearts with his talent, honesty and unique human qualities in his new workplace and will make even greater contributions to the service of the country.
